- SAUDI HADAID FACTORY (SHF) Directors and Employees consider Health, Safety and the protection of the environment to be highest priority in the everyday activities of the company.

- SAUDI HADAID FACTORY (SHF) top management is committed to regularly reviewing HSE policies, environmental objectives and targets and will ensure continual improvement and prevention of pollution.

- SAUDI HADAID FACTORY (SHF) will comply with the current applicable HSE, legislation locally and internationally.

Policy objectives as far as is reasonably practicable we believe.

- A zero incident is achievable and it is the product of day to day operations.
- Responsibility and commitment to ensure that all employees work in safe and healthy environment and will diligently comply with HSE law regulations.
- Accountability by making sure that employee and subcontractors are held accountable for the achievement of company HSE objectives and targets and those are well communicated.
- Believe strongly that all incident are preventable and will take every measure to prevent job related injuries, illness and environmental pollution.
- The application and continuous improvement of sound HSE practices for the protection of our people and our environment is an essential ingredient in the overall success of our business.
- Each employee is well informed and trained to perform his job in a productive and safe way, through proper induction, effective job instruction, toolbox talks and with proper supervision throughout their employment. Furthermore, each employee is an important part of our HSE program and we expect them to be committed to continuous improvement to achieve company's objectives.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

We are committed to:

- Conduct Hazard identification and Risk Assessment on Periodical Basis by Competent Personnel in the Work Place
- Ensure Safety Work Place to Employees, Subcontractors, Visitors and other Interested Parties in order to reduce the Risk of Injuries, Ill-Health and Incidents at The Work Place.
- Comply with all the Applicable Local H&S Regulations and Construction Code of Practice.
- Create Awareness, Train Personnel on Health and Safety and conduct Drills for Emergency Preparedness at Work Place to Minimize Incidents, ILL-Health and Handle Emergencies.
